HEY YOU GUYS LIKE REFERENCES RIGHT?
This is the only anime convention there is. It is not as some might assume, a convention for animes. The pompadourks certainly aren't animes.
Alice is Kyubey because they are very similar and he influenced her perma-catface. Stephanie is Guile because it looks funny and not because she would actually know who he is. Steve is an eggplant on the inside.

One set of escalators might make it the whole con, if the stars are lined up right
The other set won't make it six hours
Also, if I missed out on an opportunity to have wacky convention hijinks with Em Kultra, I'm going to be a sad panda.

New York, actually. Boston isn't too far from here, but the lack of money for seasoned convention-hopping keeps me limited to one out-of-city con a year. I'm hoping a future year will be different.
I have dreams of attending a yaoicon someday...

Yep! There's a real live yaoicon in San Francisco! The Teahouse comic had a panel there last year, and I heard that to accomodate their fans, they had to get the biggest room in the con and hostthe panel twice.
New York Comic Con is in October. If you decide to come for a day, we should hang!
